I was so pleasantly surprised to encounter such great good old fashioned customer service! On choosing from the colour chart to match Bridesmaids dresses on a tight time frame I was given timely communication on transit time....when they arrived the colour was wrong and I was in despair to re- order a different colour, not only was I immediately given personal assistance to get the new shawls right but also for them to be delivered to me within a week later! I have worked in supervising and training many people in a high end Jewellery Industry and often had difficulty finding people with customer service understanding. Thank you Deep you are a Natural!! For anyone reading this I am not related to this business in any way but just truly happy with the outcome. My daughter is delighted and we are now well equipped for that winter wind!!.....more
